Hardware and Software Maintenance Programs

InStore’s Hardware and Software Maintenance Programs have been built over 35 years, around the needs of our customers. InStore is all about supermarkets, it’s all we do. Our success depends on our customer’s success.

Hardware Programs


At InStore Technology, our technicians have years of industry experience fixing the products we sell, including computers, printers, touchscreens, scanners, scales, self-service checkouts and more.​ With over 500 independent grocer customers, we understand what it takes to keep your supermarket running smoothly. And because we know that not all supermarkets are the same, we offer a variety of service options:

  • Carry-in Maintenance Service: Carry in your equipment for service and repair. We will repair it and call you when your equipment is ready.

  • Depot Maintenance Program: Through our Depot Maintenance Program, we provide maintenance, service and repair for your equipment with a minimum of hassle for you. We ship you a like-for-like replacement (printer, terminal, Scanner etc) and you simply ship us the defective piece of equipment back.

  • Full On-site Service Programs: We offer maintenance agreements for on-site hardware maintenance and support. Our service technicians will provide regular equipment maintenance or resolve your POS difficulty on-site, ensuring your store continues to run smoothly and profitably.

  • Custom Maintenance Programs: We would be happy to discuss our service offerings and put together a program that works best for you.


Software Support Programs


  • Software Support: We offer Software Support agreements for software solutions we sell including point of sale, payments, back office, hosting, labels, loyalty, home shopping and the list goes on.

  • Our support and technical staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and capable.

  • We maintain and regularly use lab environments for training and support.

  • We regularly engage in cross-training to improve our depth of expertise.

  • Secure remote login support to get to the heart of the matter fast.

  • Extended and Custom Software Support Agreements: We can customize Software Support agreements to include extended coverage, software release upgrades and much more.
